Refunds are not being provided for services already delivered in full (any photo prints, albums and so on) Downloadable Pictures, refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

We do not accept cancellation request of orders placed under the Digital Delivery facility, for example, online order.
